Winter is here! If your child needs snow gear, please contact their teacher or the office. Snow pants and boots are required to play on the playground. We go out for recess every day unless it is below 0.

Don't forget: Tomorrow is pink day and Wednesday is orange day!
Next week we will celebrate and stand with our staff and community members fighting cancer by wearing pink on Monday. We will also stand up against bullying by wearing orange on Wednesday and learning how to prevent it.
Today is nice and warm, but the rest of the week's forecast looks pretty chilly. Please send a sweatshirt or jacket and maybe a hat and gloves with your students as we do spend time outside before school and at recess time. Thank you!
We are so proud of our McKinley 4th grade winner, Avery, for winning the fire safety essay. She rode in a fire truck to school today as her reward. Way to go Avery!
