Mrs. Fjeldheim is fabulous! She shares each lesson with love. Whether they are doing math, reading or playtime, she puts her heart into teaching the students in every moment. These ladies help to make kindergarten run smoothly. They are helpful, friendly and hard working. Kelli says her favorite part of the job is “I love seeing the kids smile when they finally get something!!” Mara says “I love watching the expressions on the kids face when they learn something knew and how excited they get!” Izzy’s favorite part is “Working or playing with the kids because they are so fun and sweet, and seeing them grow and learn so much from where they start is pretty awesome!” Thank you paras; we appreciate you!

This Wednesday was National Custodian’s Day! Shari and her crew are top notch. We know that our building is clean and safe every day when they are here. McKinley Early Childhood Center would not function without them. Shari says the reason she loves her job is “I enjoy helping staff find ways to make their job go smoother. Visitors must check in with the office before going down the hallways. When you arrive, ring the doorbell, then sign in and get a badge if you need to go into the building. If you are coming to pick up a student or drop something off, we will ask you wait in the entryway. Thank you!
